Susan Talarico is what happens when you combine a luxury real estate broker, a competitive athlete, a ski instructor, a pair of rescue terriers, and just enough caffeine-fueled sarcasm to survive Scottsdale real estate for 25+ years. Originally from Buffalo, NY, because apparently lake-effect snow and emotional endurance were part of the training program, she relocated to Arizona in 1999 and immediately decided the desert needed more personality, better marketing, and significantly fewer boring property descriptions.

Long before real estate, Susan spent her younger years dominating competitive roller skating. She became a National Champion herself, then moved into coaching, where she trained two National Champions and volunteered as a Special Olympics coach. Calm hobbies were never really an option. Not content to risk injury on wheels alone, she also became a competitive water skier and former New York State Women's Jump Champion, before escalating things into a Senior World Championship in swivel skiing, which sounds fake until you realize she willingly straps herself to skis and spins in circles behind a boat for sport.

Professionally, Susan has built a career around high-end homes, lifestyle properties, ski lake communities, land sales, and telling people what they actually need to hear instead of what every other agent copy-pastes into MLS remarks. Equal parts trusted advisor and professional chaos coordinator, she blends sharp negotiation skills with the energy of someone who may or may not own three different jackets for three different types of water conditions.
